SDE AMAZON Prime
Jan 2022 - July 2024
• Worked on automating configuration files based on excel data using python script for validation workflow to support new features in offer pipeline for zero-touch publishing. • Developed and implemented testing workflow to test the new features deployment on continuous delivery pipeline. • Improved operational work for On-call by adding important data to analysis tables to resolve customer issues. • Analyzed customer issues and worked on gathering requirements to resolve the issue and worked on design document, testing, and deployment planning document. • Worked as a project mentor for intern project which focused on auditing the offer release workflow to investigate offer lifecycle within prime video. It included defining the problem, gathering the requirements, creating design and technical support to the intern. • Worked on cross-team projects to support new feature implementation to improve and support new offer types, new offer features for zero-touch publishing within prime video. • Worked on refactoring of legacy validation workflow to support new features in offer pipeline for zero-touch publishing.
SDE AMAZON TRANSLATE

• Improved the functional integration test readability for internal service by updating the test data accessed by the test cases and refactoring the code to improve code quality. • Analyzed customer issue for incorrect error message for translate API and reproduce the issue with reported parameters, developed and tested custom error for special case. • Analyzed the customer’s availability metric for translate APIs, created the design document to propose solution and list of tasks, estimating time to work on the tasks and developed internal exception handling to improve the availability metric for translate APIs for better customer readability.

I was Software Development Engineer (SDE) Summer 2020 Intern in Amazon Translate Team.
​• Analysed and modified open source project to successfully build and used it in pdf to html conversion feature for Linux operating system. Tools – CMake, shell script, etc. • Developed & implemented PDF validation and text extraction from PDF in Java using Apache PDF box library and Okapi PDF filters respectively. • Developed & implemented XLIFF 1.2 parser which validate XLIFF 1.2 document format, extract the data and map it to user defined data type in Java using JAXB Schema Validation. • Presented successfully developed & implemented various build tools and features to team members.

• Worked as a full-stack developer for various scrum team within a single product. • Developed and executed REST performance scripts for testing load of the load-balanced application. • Worked on proof of concept for the feasibility study for micro-service architecture for the existing product using Microsoft Service Fabric framework in C#. • Worked as a UI developer for developing common Angular components for product UI Development. • Created a bot to resolve client queries using Microsoft Bot and Machine learning Algorithm.
